Sessions

He Puna Taimoana is open for four sessions per day. Each session lasts approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes.

Regular daily session times are:

• 10.00am – 12.00pm (entry at 10.00am or 10.15am)
• 12.30pm – 2.30pm (entry at 12.30pm or 12.45pm)
• 3.00pm – 5.00pm (entry at 3.00pm or 3.15pm)
• 5.30pm – 7.30pm (entry at 5.30pm or 5.45pm)

Special sessions include Adults Only on Friday nights from 8pm, and Sunrise Soak on Thursday and Saturday mornings (seasonal only – autumn to spring). Keep an eye out for other special sessions that happen regularly throughout the year.

Our facilities are sanitised in between each session.

Accessibility

Do you have wheelchair accessible facilities?

We have an accessible changing room, complete with shower, toilet and adult changing table. We do not currently have a hoist available in this room. Three of our pools are accessible to people requiring wheelchair access – we have an aqua wheelchair, one pool ramp, one pool hoist, and one pool pod for pool access.
